Anyone else having issues purchasing anything off the website? I've been trying with 3 different cards and they just keep getting denied. I even went to the bank and had them check on my cards, and there's nothing wrong that they can see
Same here, I did try 2 cards and nothing, now a carrying monsters show are gone from website

For what it's worth, I contacted their support team, and the gist of that conversation was "yeah we can't reach the right people to turn purchases back on, you can try to get ahold of them at [email protected] - good luck because we didn't get anywhere."
